Words can never express the gratitude that I wish to express. I was concerned and anxious about the planning of our destination wedding in Hawaii. I did try to makes plans over the web but being 4,315 miles away and not seeing the places or meeting the people---just lead to lots of uncertainty and fear about our wedding plans! After speaking with you ( Susan Tanzeman of Martin's Travel and Tours) over the phone --Everything changed!! We shared our vision for our destination wedding day with you over dinner. Thank you for taking care of all the details!! Our wedding day and honeymoon was Perfect!! Everything--from the appointment for marriage liscense to the Minister-Perfect!! !Our Minister Penne performed a beautiful service that brought me to tears. My flowers and our leis were so lovely. The photographer Angy took lots of time with us. Our sunset photos were amazing. The honeymoon days were filled with whale watching from our balcony and by boat. We also enjoyed the helicopter tour of the island and volcanoes. Every reservation for Dinner was Incredible!! The Mauna Kea Resort was the BEST!!

Thank you so very much for your personal attention that made our wedding day and honeymoon such a special memory. I felt as if you were there with us. Thanks for calling after the ceremony to make sure everything went as we had dreamed. Susan, You Are a 5 STAR !!!!!!! We will be using you again for our future travel and vacation plans! My wedding day is such a beautiful memory!! Thank you so very much!!

Dear Susan,

Just a few words to let you know what a wonderful time Rhoda and I had on our Hawaiian Cruise. We are especially appreciative of the extra touches you provided for my birthday. The service you provided by arranging for a wonderful person to pick us up at the pier in Kauaii and drive us to the other end of the island to visit a wild life refuge was exemplary. Thanks again for taking those extra steps for us.

Dear Susan,

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for your help in planning my trip to Spain. Thank you so much for recommending Valencia, it was absolutely beautiful. We actually enjoyed Valencia more than Barcelona. The weather was perfect and we were there during the biggest festival of the year, Las Fallas. Also the train ride from Barcelona to Valencia was amazing; it had great views of the country side and the Mediterranean.

I was reading the August issue of Cande Nast Traveler and was very excited to see my travel agent (Susan Tanzman of Martin's Travel in Los Angeles, CA) listed among your top 128 travel planners. I have been working with Susan for about 5 years now and she always goes above and beyond in planning the perfect vacations for me and my family. She has come to know our tastes and preferences so well that I once called her from a restaurant in Florence, Italy that she recommended just to tell her how fabulous it was! Whether it is family fun in Hawaii or relaxing in Napa or jet-setting to Italy, she knows her stuff and goes out of her way to make it an easy and enjoyable experience. Dear Susan,

We were so thrilled to get your fax. Thank you so much for thinking of us. We actually bring you up many times and say how thankful we are for this spectacular trip. So far it has been a dream. We loved Venice... walked 9 hours on Saturday and truly enjoyed our tour guide. What a place- luminous and beautiful. The train ride to Florence was lovely. It's almost too much for me to take in. I totally am in love with Italy. The history, the cafes, the food, and the energy- I love it! Susan we are so grateful for your meticulous work in every detail of planning out this trip. Everything from the pre-planning to the actual delivering. You are amazing. Never in million years could I have arranged such a great trip to Italy. It's all because of you. You are the best.
